Client by definition of this document means any organisation requesting personal information from Patent Attorney Job Board and Supreme Executive about any potential employee, including resumes and references. Patent Attorney Job Board and Supreme Executive clients have an obligation relating to the way in which personal information is collected, handled and used within your organisation. Patent Attorney Job Board and Supreme Executive will not send resumes or other personal information out to any organisation without the candidate's authorisation. Patent Attorney Job Board and Supreme Executive clients must abide by the Privacy Act and respect candidates right to confidentiality. Therefore, any organisation requesting resumes or personal details from Patent Attorney Job Board and Supreme Executive must ensure to the best of their ability.
